A great copy! These are getting harder and harder to come by...there's no repress yet! 
GATEFOLD SLEEVE: No splits, bends or marks of any kind. Excellent condition.    GLOSSY DUST JACKET: Very minor ring wear on Seth's side - see pic. Small seam separation in corner - see pic. No other tears or splits .
VINYL: Very good condition. I just gave it a test listen, which was the third time I've ever played it. No skips, plays super clean. There are some minor surface 'scuffs' from sliding in and out of sleeve. Nothing affecting play whatsoever. 
Kept in poly bag in a smoke free house. Record will ship in a proper LP mailer with the utmost care. Record itself will be shipped outside of sleeve to avoid potential sleeve damage.
