True relic this compact azimuth set edited by the Polydor label in 1975 and became famous for containing the hit "Melô of Cuíca", present in the soundtrack of the global novel Sin Capital. The '7 inches' has the same rare stamp, the group was called germanicamente azimuth and their training beyond the trio José Roberto Bertrami, Alex Malheiros and Miguel Ivan Conti, Mammon, still had percussionist Ariovaldo Contesini.
The use of electronic instruments such as keyboards 2. Arp 600, Arp Odyssey Arp strings, Fender Rhodes 88, Hammond and M. 102 piloted by Bertrami, low Vox, Rickenbacker, MuTron Phasc and Bad Stone, played by Malheiros along part battery percussion, whistles and triguilhas, Papaya and Ariovaldo, plus the melting pot of influences with the rhythms and melodies of samba, jazz, rock and funk are the ingredients for these musicians, detached labels, create a unique and original sound. The appearances were by Carlinhos account Youth (peal), Doctor (hand peal), Testa (tambourine), Neném (opossum), bao of Youth (3rd deaf), Hermes (rhythms), Tony and Gastao (vocals ), the direction of production was Guti and Carlos Lemos with the arrangements of the band itself.
sensational compact released the same year the first LP of this super group which at the time was still using the azimuth spelling instead of Azymuth as they became known worldwide. The samba and funk are the only way these guys always able to do.
