PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
This is a 10” Acetate of the Bad Company Song – Movin’ On from Trident Studios London. This is a Band Vocal version with Bluesy slide guitar and psychedelic phasing on the chorus. The artist is unknown, but may have been Mott The Hoople or Bad Company who were both tied in with Island Records, and had the Composer of this song Mick Ralphs in their respective line-ups. This is not the version that subsequently appeared on the Mott The Hoople Out-takes CD “Two Miles From Heaven” or the “All The Young Dudes” – The Anthology Box Set or indeed the debut Bad Company LP. Hackensack also recorded a version. The one-sided disc is in (VG+) condition with a few light surface marks and plays through well with a touch of faint surface noise and a little mild distortion. The non playing side has a few noticeable marks. The white / red label has Trident Studios logo and address, with Song Title “Moving On” presumably a mis-spelling of usual “Movin’ On” without the “G” as with Bad Company LP version. This is written in Red ink. Comes in old Audiodiscs sleeve. Must be Extremely Rare and Desirable to a Serious Collector.
