Very nice BOOTLEG copy of Badfinger - Straight Up.  Has the German number 1 C O62-93 234 but obviously isn't on Apple Records.
I'm pretty confident calling it NM- Not a lot of information on this one but did find some from the gentleman who operates: badfingerlibrary.com From what I can gather, the shady manager started making bootlegs when his money began running out.
