I've been doing this for over forty years and this is the only copy of this record that I have ever seen. It is a promo only 7" single that plays at 33 1/3 rpm. It is a thirty minute interview spread over the two sides where she discusses her album "People." These were sent to radio only and were only to be aired with regard to the "People" album.

The sleeve is a bit rough from storage, and maybe a mouse or two. The vinyl is the real story here, it has never been played and looks brilliant. There is no cue sheet.
