Description

Oh my GOODNESS! I don't think one of these has EVER been sold before on Ebay! From 11-1979, a GENUINE 45 TEST PRESSING of BARNES & BARNES' super songs: SOMETHING'S IN THE BAG/BOOGIE WOOGIE AMPUTEE! This was just found DEEP in the vast B & B archive. Maybe only 3 or 4 of these exist at the most! And this week, one is actually being offered for sale on Ebay. Only a few hundred copies of this single were even pressed up, as story goes. This 45 was the follow-up to their song "FISH HEADS".
Plus: it's SIGNED on the white paper sleeve by none other than superstar spaz ARTIE BARNES! WOWSER! Reason to live, or what?!
Record looks like it's only been played a few times at most, to be approved for mass production. The other BARNES guy is BILLY MUMY, star of screen and music and comics and on and on. But it's his pal ARTIE who signed this copy. These songs have been heard on the DR. DEMENTO show for 33 years now! Cool... Both have been hailed as B & B classics by the screaming masses...
Buyer pays $4.00 for first class shipping; Paypal payment due within 5 days of auction end. MUST have a CONFIRMED Paypal address only! I ship within 2 days of payment. U.S. sales only. Thanks-
