Description
A nice original stereo pressing of the On Fire album by Barney Kessel on Emerald Records (EST-2401), which also features Jerry Scheff and Frankie Capp. The label information on the back cover reads: "Emerald Records, Hollywood, California - Distributed by Philles Records, Inc. 9130 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, Calif. 90069. A Division of Phil Spector Productions."
The labels read: "Emerald Records - Distributed by Philles Records, Inc., 9130 Sunset Blvd., L.A., Calif." The hand-etched matrix reads: "Est-2401," followed by a hand-etched "9044" in the trail off.
The front cover is very clean and glossy with a hint of ring wear/impression. The corners are all dinged -- the top right and bottom left are slightly creased. The back cover is entirely clean with no signs of discoloration. The bottom right corner is slightly creased.
The vinyl is VG+ (9 out of 10, vinyl looks great aside from a spec or two of dust and some sleeve marks on side 1). This LP comes from a non-smoking home. The record you see in the picture is the record you will receive.
Shipping will be $4.00 for media mail in the U.S. I ship internationally -- but prefer that international bidders contact me first. I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I will combine shipping if you win multiple items. Also, I tend to recycle boxes, but I always make sure to pack items, particularly records, securely.
