Get Norland 1 and 2. Not much to say about these 2 LP'S except they are both excellent in every respect. A must have for any long time Bathory fan or anyone interested in viking metal. The songs are heavy, melodic, thrashy, heroic metal and have to be heard it you like like epic tales of this sort. A must have.

Nordland I is the eleventh full-length album by Bathory, released in 2003. It is characterized by an unapologetic return to the Viking metal of Bathory's middle period, and features songs written mainly about Norse mythology. It was to be the first in a projected four-album set, but Quorthon only lived long enough to finish the first two volumes (Nordland II was the second).

Nordland II is the twelfth and final album by Bathory. It is the successor to Nordland I. Like its predecessor, it is characterized by an unapologetic return to the Viking metal style of Bathory's middle period, and the songs on this release deal primarily with Viking culture. It is also released as a limited digipak.
