SLEEVE: EXCELLENT+ (there is a the number "5" written on the sleave in pen - see pic)

PRINTED INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT+ (one small seam split - approx 30mm - but otherwise, pretty much perfect)

RECORD: EXCELLENT+/NEAR MINT - (plays with vitually no unwanted noises/pops/crackle)

The overall condition of this record is beautiful and the small number written on the front, doesn't detract from it's quality
