Description
Burgess Meredith As the Penguin "The Capture" b/w "The Escape" white label promo 45 rpm record (ABC-Paramount 10798; mono). This obscure obscure 1966 spoken word record (with instrumental background music) by the actor playing a character from the 1960s Batman TV show, which did not make the Billboard Top 100 pop charts, is an original promo pressing that plays in VG to VG+ condition. There is surface noise but the the talking by Meredith dominates. Visually, the record looks no better than VG- but it plays better than it looks. The white labels are clean, with no writing, stickers or tears. Buyer pays $4 for Media Mail or $10 for Priority postage in the U.S. Postage is $13 to Canada for up to three (3) 45s or $15 for up to three (3) 45s sent to any other location outside the U.S. Double record sets count as two, triple record sets count as three, etc. Multiple purchases shipped together result in big postage savings.
