THE BATS:  ‘HOW POP CAN YOU GET?’ (Gustav, 1982)

Before JON BRION and THE BATS chose the final stock party-image as the cover to their lone LP (also chosen and later used by Pennsylvania’s CRAIG BEVAN & THE TOURISTS), the band sent out copies of the completed album in blank white record jackets to promote the coming release.  This copy was purchased from New York City radio station stock and is marked on the rear-side “UA 1001 A/B” - which is the corresponding catalogue number for the GUSTAV LP.  Comes with the same inner sleeve as the later edition with the same label and song-order on the record itself.  This copy of the BATS LP represents an even rarer variant on an already extremely rare album and comes in great shape to boot.  DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS ONE!  CLICK BELOW FOR SOUND CLIPS:

Shipping Rates:

Media Mail: $4.00
Priority: $7.00
Canada: $7.00 ($1 per each additional 45/$2 per each additional LP)
Europe: $9 ($3 per each additional 45/$4 per each additional LP)
Australia/Japan: $11 ($3 per each additional 45/$5 per each additional LP)

NOTE: Due to U.S. Post Office regulations that require insured mail sent overseas to ship via a very expensive rate, European, Australian, and Japanese winners who desire shipping insurance MUST pay an extra $10 in addition to the regular $2.00 insurance fee. Apologies in advance, but the postage rates are prohibitively high for sending insured mail overseas. Thank You.
