Description
An extremely rare 'IN CONCERT' disc, released in 1987 by the BBC, and sent to radio stations across the world for broadcast. They were supposed to be destroyed, and most were, which makes the surviving discs all the more desirable. This one is the first of two stunning concerts from Elvis Costello and the Attractions (The second one is also on ebay), with an hour long set recorded at The Royalty Theatre in London (sometime between 23-29 November 1986). It's the first live performance of some of the tracks from the album 'Blood and Chocolate'. The Tracks are: Side 1: Tokyo Storm Warning ,Watching the Detectives, Battered Old Bird, Honey Are You Straight or Are You Blind, Temptation, New Lace Sleeves. Side 2: Blue Chair, I Want You, I Hope You're Happy Now, Home Is Anywhere You Hang Your Head, Lovable, Leave my Kitten Alone. The Disc is excellent condition, and plays perfectly.
