Description
BBC Transcription Service of Benny Hill Time starring Benny Hill with Peter Vernon and Patricia Hayes nos 22 (116270) and 23 (116271) dated 1969, last played to the Troops in Singapore 1971 and to the crew of HMS Forth on its return voyage to the UK in 1972.
This is one of the last three records available in this collection and is a rare opportunity to acquire a classic recording by the much loved Benny Hill.
These records have been in storage for the last thirty years, previous copies sold from this collection have been well-received by the buyers.
If purchased outside the UK there will be extra postage costs ie £4 not £3 to Europe and approx £8 not £3 to USA.
The history of these records I have been selling is genuine. I was a member of that crew on HMS Forth indeed I was the part time DJ for that voyage home. I rescued the records when the ship de-comissioned and all items not welded down were removed for skip disposal. I am sad to offer these records for sale but the credit crunch has hit me hard and I need the cash. The buyers are also genuine including one from Norway and another from the USA.
