scarce 1st RELEASE FROM 1962

  When the Beatles were still cuttin' their chops in Hamburg the BEACH BOYS were releasing their first single in America! They had a sound all their own and the Wilson Brothers owned it. The year was 1962 and surf music was born! On what was to become the Beatles own CAPITOL RECORDS no less! This is the single & it's with the original picture sleeve! You can see that at the end of the surf board is DAVID MARKS. (This is pre Al Jardine)

  First ever and most sought after picture sleeve of the Beach Boys and this is a real beauty! There are NO SEAM SPLITS or TEARS! NO WRITING, TAPE, FOLDS or STAPLE HOLES!!! Small touch up above the U in Surfin' but you need to look hard!

  NEAR MINT vinyl and labels! Just look at those 47 year old labels. Can't get better than that! No scratches in the vinyl that has fantastic sound and does not skip!!! Fast shipping! Comes in a plastic sleeve.

  BONUS: I've added an unused postcard of the Beatles from 1994.
