The condition of the cover is EX (see photos), no seam splits or writing.  The condition of the disc is also EX with a couple of light scuffs that you can see but not feel or hear.  The vinyl exhibits a high gloss and it plays nicely in the rare and superior MONO MIX!

Also includes a vintage article/interview of Brian Wilson!
