You are bidding on one of the greatest and most famous record albums of all time, the Beachboys "Pet Sounds."  This is the ORIGINAL, very first press (MONO) of this classic recording. The jacket is in near perfect condition, having never been removed from it's shrinkwrap (you can still see the retails store's handwritten price on the shrinkwrap). The disc is quite clean with only a small amount of "spidering" and a few tiny blemishes that do not effect play.  I played the LP only a few times in 1966----it has never been off the shelf since then. As you can see from the picture of the label, no spindle marks or any other markings. I doubt if you could easily  find a better copy. And because it's opened, you are assured that the disc is not warped, etc.
