On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beach Boys called 'Pet Sounds' and is a MEGA rare UK 1966 MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Rainbow' Capitol label!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND!!!! THIS IS EASILY THE RAREST AND MOST SOUGHT AFTER BEACH BOYS LP EVER - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!! THE RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL AND BOTH THE RECORD & COVER ARE IN SUPERB CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1966 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'RAINBOW' CAPITOL LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS GARROD & LOFTHOUSE 'PATENTS PENDING' FLIPBACK LAMINATED MONO COVER!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Capitol UK MONO 1st pressing from 1966 and is in SUPERB condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is T 2458 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Rainbow' Capitol label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Beach Boys at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beach Boys, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 1 or 2 ULTRA faint TINY scufflines (only visible under EXTREME light), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, only some EXTREMELY slight absolutely lowest level touches of background crackle in a VERY few places, and only some EXTREMELY low level touches of background sound on the occassional gap & run on grooves - NOT in the music!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion, and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback Laminated 'Patents Pending' Cover is in SUPERB condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, VERY shiny laminate, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!! The cover must grade FULL Excellent if not Excellent+!!!! SUPERB COVER!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
