On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beacon Street Union called "The Eyes Of The Beacon Street Union" and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press MGM label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST LPs ON THE MGM LABEL - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1968 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN THE UK - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE, AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL - IS THAT IT IS 1ST PRESSED IN MEGA RARE STEREO!!!!  AND THIS IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN THE UK BACK IN EARLY 1968, NEARLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING WAS MADE IN COMMON MONO - WITH VIRTUALLY NONE IN MEGA RARE STEREO AT ALL!!!!  AND DEMAND FOR STEREOs WAS SO ABSOLUTELY TINY, THAT MOST SHOPS STILL DIDNT EVEN STOCK STEREOs AS STANDARD IN EARLY 1968 - AND STEREO 1ST PRESSINGS WERE ONLY AVAILABLE BY 'SPECIAL ORDER' ONLY!!!!  AS A RESULT, FINDING A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IN MEGA RARE STEREO IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE - AS BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS MGM LABEL, 1ST PRESS 1/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' FLIPBACK LAMINATED 'PATENTS PENDING' STEREO COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (ESPECIALLY IN MEGA RARE STEREO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL MGM UK 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in GREAT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is MGM CS 8069 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press MGM label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK STEREO 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, only 1 TINY 'stamp' on 1 label, only 1 TINY orange sticker (this looks VERY easily removeable!), and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, only 3 or 4 VERY light scufflines, 1 strange looking surface mark, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, only a few light clicks at the end of 'Blue Avenue' (from the strange looking surface mark mentioned above!), NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback Laminated 'Patents Pending' STEREO Cover is in GREAT condition and is still VERY presentable indeed!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition with NO grubbyness (apart from 1 VERY small grubby area in the bottom right corner), NO yellowing, NO rubbing (apart from 2 TINY areas just below the top flipback), NO ringwear, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good+!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (ESPECIALLY IN MEGA RARE STEREO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
