Description
The Beatles - 'Help!'. PMC 1255
The Beatles 1965 UK 1st mono pressing of the 'Help!' LP. Released on the 6th August 1965, this was The Beatles fifth official album release. Offered here in particulary nice condition grading at VG+/VG+. Both sides of the vinyl have been play tested with NO faults. Light crackle between tracks. NO problems at all.
Released on the yellow and black Parlophone label. The vinyl labels feature the 'Sold in the UK....' text and have 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd....' rim print. The 'KT' tax code is embossed on the side 1 label. The vinyl is housed within a 'Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd Patents Pending' sleeve with outline mono logo printed to the front.
The vinyl features the earliest possible matrix numbers for this LP:
Side 1. XEX 549-2. 5 ALR
Side 2. XEX 550-2 1 8 AOM
The vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition. Light crackle between tracks. NO problems at all.
The side one labels are in VERY GOOD+ condition, minor stain. The side two labels are in EXCELLENT- condition
The sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition, minor staining to the back but nothing to bad (see pictures).
The inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
