The Beatles - 'The Beatles Sixth Christmas Record'. LYN 1743/4 (double-sided).
The Beatles sixth 1968 UK Fan Club flexi disc Christmas record. Released on the 20th December 1968, and offered here in wonderful EXCELLENT/MINT- condition.
These were never available to buy in either stores or by mail order but were distributed free to fully paid up members of the UK Beatles Fan Club in 1968. This was the first Beatles Christmas flexi disc to be double sided with a total running time of approx 7:48. This was also the first flexi to have labels printed directly on to the playing surface as all others had paper labels attached. The label is notorious for fading very easily due to the fact it is grey print on a black surface. BUT this copy has strong printed labels which are still in particularly nice condition. The original cover included here is the finest example I have ever seen grading at MINT- condition.
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT- condition.
The label is in EXCELLENT condition.
The sleeve is in MINT- condition.
