"Past Masters Vol. 1 & 2"

This is an original pressing, NOT a recent reissue.
It has the first edition matrix error where they mistakenly wrote BTM, and that was crossed out ON ALL FOUR SIDES and replaced with BPM.
(see photo for an example)
It has super early matrix numbers as follows-
Record 1- BPM 11 A-1-1-2 / BPM 11 B-1-1-1
Record 2- BPM 12 A-1-1-1 / BPM 12 B-1-1-1
The records have the silver and black Parlophone labels. The gatefold jacket has the MT 1088 CMS date code and shows "Printed In England" as well as "Manufactured In England" with the Apple logo in the lower right corner of the back.
Inside the gatefold jacket in the lower right corner it gives credit to Marc Lewisohn for the compilation and notes. All info was extracted from his yet to be published book "The Beatles At Abbey Road", which is another indicator of this early pressing.

You could not ask for a better example of this album. It truly looks like it was just purchased yesterday and displays no signs of having ever been played.
The records are pristine with no marks or scratches of any kind. There are no spindle marks on any of the labels. The glossy gatefold jacket is crisp and clean with no bends, promo holes, cuts or splits. The spine is absolutely flat and straight. Amazing condition for a light weight European style jacket.
It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 27 Typhoon record cleaning machine, and then again on a KL Audio Ultrasonic record cleaning machine.
