...the UBER-RARE and previously undocumented label variation for...
"The Ballad of John and Yoko", Apple 2532.
What makes this particular single so rare is that it is the only variant of this record with the A side title printed at the bottom of the label below the center hole and "Stereo" printed on the left side instead of the right. All other pressings of this record have the title in the upper left corner and the word "stereo" printed on the right side. In fact the B side label is just as different from any other variation. They never come up for auction or any of the catalog sites.
This variant was printed at Capitol Records Winchester, VA plant and is one of the rarest Beatle record variations out there. CHECK YOUR COPIES!!! These Winchester pressings are very few and very far between, folks.
Condition is as follows: Both labels are very NEAR MINT! I can't find any reason to NOT call them MINT, but it appears to have been played, so... A side vinyl is very NEAR MINT! B side vinyl is VG+++ with two, minor hairline scratches. A stellar example of this super rare Apple variant and a welcomed addition to any collection with a micro-minuscule chance of upgrade.
