Description
The BEATLES 45. Canada Capitol iconic Swirl Labels. Issued in early 1963 from Canada’s Capitol Canada label. The Beatles second single in UK and Canada. This 45 Vinyl Condition is Goldmine EX!! Fully shiny and maybe a scuff or two, but very clean and plays thru very well. And labels are both clean, one small mark on A Side, maybe from small sticker removal or from the factory that way. No writing (rare for records in 1963), great for 55 year old vinyl. A SUPER Collectable from Canada. Here are 2 songs from the early Beatles: PLEASE PLEASE ME and ASK ME WHY. Their second single in UK, shipped to Canada and released as this single in early 1963. This is one of the Capitol Canada Nine, singles on the Yellow/ Orange Swirl labels that were NOT released in USA. Then, starting with I want To Hold Your Hand, both countries released the same singles till 1970!! Both sides are MONO as are all the Canada Capitol Beatles 45s until Get Back. Stereo did not become common on 45s till 1969!
