The BEATLES 45, True rarity pairing from PHILIPPINES. Summer 1964 original PARLOPHONE Black label First press issue!! This pairing only available from PHILIPPINES! No later repressings in PH. Goldmine condition is VG. Half shiny, and cleaned with disc cleaner, really VG+, except vinyl also looks discolored as if by heat or sunlight!! But PLAY IS NOT EFFECTED. There are multiple scuffs and marks but none that are scratches. Plays thru WELL!! Still very nice with clean labels but both sides have initials in ink on both sides, barely noticeable, and both labels have noticable wear. See photos 1-2! I play tested it and both sides play LOUD and with some noise but the rarity value of this disc is high! For me VG is my third highest grade, nice enough to keep while I search for Very Good Plus or EXCELLENT!! I only use NM for sealed unplayed items!! These old 60s singles were made tough to hold up to high humidity and lots of wear and tear. This is a rare (3-4 countries) 45 Single of the Beatles song pairing: IT WON’T BE LONG and LOVE ME DO (1963 Andy White version). A Super Rare pairing worldwide, 2 songs from Summer 1964, the height of worldwide Beatlemania, when nearly every song by the boys was released on a Single somewhere!!! IT WON’T BE LONG Is Number 51 on my HTF List. LOVE ME DO ‘63 is worldwide Common!! THIS IS THE ONLY WORLDWIDE PAIRING OF THESE 2 SONGS!! It Won’t Be Long is only on a few country’s singles!! Also try Germany, Costa Rica, Holland, and France!! All are Hard to Find as original singles! Of course both are MONO on this PH disc!!! Stereo did not become common on 45s till 1969!!
