Description
The BEATLES 45, a Rare (2 countries only) pairing from PHILIPPINES. Summer 1966, original 60s PARLOPHONE Black labels. This pairing of songs ONLY available from PHILIPPINES. Both songs from the UK album RUBBER SOUL, December 1965. The A Side is MICHELLE and the B Side is THE WORD, the true rarity!!! Both songs only together ON THIS 45 Single, worldwide!! This Goldmine vinyl condition is VG+, my second highest grade, mostly shiny, but some scuffs and marks, a few more than EX allows, looks good enough to collect, especially for such a rare Collectable. The labels show extra wear, but this song as a Single is super tough to find!! THE WORD is a 45 single only from Philippines and France. Never reissued later ANYWHERE!!! MICHELLE was from 17 countries, none easy, but easiest is FRANCE. It will be cleaned with disc cleaner. And it plays great, both sides, No skips! There are some scuffs and marks. And decent labels, both sides, no writing, but extra wear!! See photos 1-2! I play tested it and both sides play LOUD and with little noise!! NOTE: lthe rarity value of this disc is super high since it contains a true rarity single released in only in Philippines and France!! For me NM is Still Sealed! So, EX is my highest grade, No need to search for better, Proud to own, EXCELLENT!! And VG+ ifs fully Collectable till an EX can be found!! This one is VG+!!! Lesser, and rarer from me would be VG and VG-!!! These old 60s singles were made tough to hold up to high humidity and lots of wear and tear. This a Rare pairing of Songs worldwide, 2 songs from Late 1965, during the height of worldwide Beatlemania, when nearly every song by the boys was released on a Single somewhere!!! In fact every Beatles song till “Think For Yourself” (Rubber Soul) was on a 45 Single somewhere worldwide, and only 12 of 225 Beatles EMI songs were NOT on a 45 Single or 45EP somewhere worldwide!! THE WORD is Number 35 on my HTF List, while MICHELLE is more common! From so many countries besides US and UK!! THIS IS THE ONLY WORLDWIDE PAIRING OF THESE 2 SONGS!! Both are MONO on this PH disc!!! Stereo did not become common on 45s till 1969!! If interested, Request my list of Top 100 Hard to Find Beatles Songs on 45 Singles Worldwide, Or the 150 STEREO Beatles Songs on 45 Singles Worldwide. No charge. Best to every fan. See photos 1-2 for actual sale item. Ships in common White sleeve. NOTE: Price may seem high. But this record is super-rare and VG+. Still Collectable! This is ANOTHER RARE INTERNATIONAL BEATLES Single. I am beginning to sell off my whole set of about 150 Beatles International Singles, all EX or VG+, from my personal collection!! It may take 6 months or more! Price reduces weekly till sold! Who else does that?? All my packages ship for $5 total thru USPS Media Mail or Global Shipping Program. So look for others!! Best to all! Questions?? Beatle Lew.
