On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called "A Collection Of Beatles Oldies" and is an ORIGINAL 1966 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEATLES RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE PARLOPHONE LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS 1ST PRESSED IN MEGA RARE STEREO!!!! AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!! BACK IN 1966 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, VIRTUALLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING WAS MADE IN COMMON MONO - WITH VIRTUALLY NONE IN MEGA RARE STEREO AT ALL!!!! MOST SHOPS DIDNT EVEN STOCK STEREO'S AS STANDARD BACK IN 1966 - AND THEY WERE ONLY EVER AVAILABLE BY 'SPECIAL ORDER' ONLY!!!! AS A RESULT, FINDING A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS INCREDIBLE LP IN MEGA RARE STEREO IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE - AS BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!!!!
NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' STEREO 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH 'LARGE' STEREO TEXT ON THE LABELS LEVEL WITH THE BEGINNING OF THE 'E' IN PARLOPHONE (LATER ONES HAD THE 'LARGE' STEREO MOVED OUT TO THE RIGHT, AND LATER STILL THE 'STEREO' TEXT WAS SHRUNK DOWN TO MUCH SMALLER TEXT!), AND THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS 1G/1G STEREO MATRIX ENDINGS!!!! SO NOT ONLY IS THIS LP 1ST PRESSED IN MEGA RARE STEREO - BUT IT IS ALSO THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET!!!!
NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1966 UK STEREO 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS YELLOW & BLACK PARLOPHONE LABEL, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'LARGE' STEREO LABEL TEXT (SET LEVEL WITH THE BEGINNING OF THE 'E' IN 'PARLOPHONE'), 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 1G/1G STEREO MATRIX ENDINGS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'EMITEX' INNER SLEEVE, AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' FLIPBACK LAMINATED 'PATENTS PENDING' STEREO COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Parlophone UK 1st Pressing from 1966 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl!!!! The Cat. No is PCS 7016 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer STEREO 1st Pressing!!!!
The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty concentric marks AT ALL, only 1 hairline, NO nasty 'tick' marks, only 1 VERY light scuffline, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK - AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, only a few VERY light clicks (though mostly NONE!), NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must grade "NEAR MINT" if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Emitex' inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!! The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback Laminated 'Patents Pending' STEREO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO rips, NO tears, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), NO splits, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO rubbing, and NO writing!!!! The cover must grade "Near Mint" if not better!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS (ESPECIALLY IN MEGA RARE STEREO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE Beatles LP!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1966 UK 'EARLIEST' STEREO 1ST PRESSING OF "A COLLECTION OF BEATLES OLDIES" BY THE BEATLES, IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!
