Description
Up for auction is a copy the Beatles Abbey Road MFSL Original Master Recording (MFSL 1-023). This copy was released in 1980 and was pressed in Japan. This copy comes with the original inner sleeve, but does not include the insert that I believe came with the album.
The cover jacket has wear and creasing on all 4 corners (especially the upper right corner see photo). There is also a small split (approximately 1 inch) on the spine at the bottom of the cover (see photo). However, the cover is very clean with no record wear showing through. The photos and colors are all very clear and vibrant.
The LP is in excellent condition. It is very clean and shiny with no scratches or scuff marks. The labels are very clean with little to no spindle wear. There is some dust on the record. Nothing a good record cleaner cannot handle; I'll leave that up to the winning bidder.
BE ADVISED: I do not have a turntable. So I do not know if there are any skips or if there is a lot of surface noise.
