Description
1969 Beatles Abbey Road. Parlophone EMI Label. PCS 7088 Stereo.
This is a stunning quality copy of The Beatles Abbey Road pressed on the PARLOPHONE LABEL with the UK catalogue code PCS 7088. Normally issued on the Apple label it is becoming increasingly difficult to find any Parlophone issues at all, especially in such beautiful condition as this.
The vinyl label rim print begins ''The Gramophone Co....' and the labels state "MADE IN INDIA". The fully laminated cover is almost identical to a UK issue but features both the Apple logo AND Gramophone logo.
Vinyl Condition: The vinyl is in exceptional NEAR MINT condition. I would grade this as MINT, but since it is not factory sealed in my personal opinion can never be mint. (I believe MINT condition only applies to unplayed condition). Truly stunning.
Cover Condition: The fully laminated sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition. One laminate crease and tiny, tiny edge wear. Stunning again.
Label Condition: Both labels are in NEAR MINT + condition. There are no scratches, no marks and no writing. No spindle wear at all!!!!
Inner Sleeve Condition: The inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
This is an exceptional album, near mint condition with Parlophone labels.
