NO RESERVE!

Here we have a truly fantastic collectible. Fancy an Abbey Road from Iran as the ultimate spice in your Beatles collection? Connoiseurs will already know but if you haven't yet, note the spelling of the album's name on the front cover!  Experienced collectors will also know how these records are usually found as well: almost impossible to find them in any agreeable condition and they are awfully rare. We have a great copy here! Here's a very detailed grading:

COVER: We can safely say cover is in strong VG++ to EX- state. There are no writings or any written marks anywhere on the cover. All seams and the sleeve are together, that is, there are no split seams or any kind of tears anywhere on the cover. The very below part of both front and back covers have a slight paper peel at the down turn of the ringmark. Overall there's the slightest ringmark can be seen if you turn up the cover under harsh light and the little deformation, which is visible on the scans as well, probably happened when this was stacked with some other LP's. Also, a very small tear on the edge of the middle circle on one side's label; just see photos.

DISC: At first sight, due to the bright and unused-healthy look of the grooves the disc appears as EX. Under harsh light, some scuffs are visible but they are of the upmost superficial state... very neglectable. There's only one 1 cm. scuff which is visible on first sight. One side's label is excellent while other side's label has a small tear as you can see on the scan. Overall: It's a very strong VG++.

Iranian records are notorious for their bad sound quality: sometimes because the original pressing was lousy, sometimes because they have not been looked after well by previous owners and sometimes for both reasons together. The copy we have here is a true winner in this case since the playing quality is absolutely great. I assume noone interested in this item will buy it to listen to and have an idea about the Abbey Road album for sure... but if you want to know if the disc also sounds good or not for such a rare and high priced item, here you can listen to it below; taken from this very copy.
