Beatles 3rd State Peeled Butcher Cover w/Removed Trunk Slick, Inner Sleeve & Record
Genuine Butcher Covers in general have steadily risen in value of the last few years.This Butcher Cover offering includes the removed trunk slick, mono record and inner sleeve. This item will be safely and securely double boxed and shipped to you via Priority Mail. 
It is nearly impossible to find a displayable quality peeled Butcher Cover these days that includes the removed trunk slick for under $1600. A high quality peel recently sold in a catalog auction for $7500 ! Look for yourself at the offerings. The opening bid is more than reasonable for a genuine Butcher Cover of this quality. Condition:
Butcher Cover is beautiful and something that any fan would treasure. The seams and spine on this jacket are decent which is unusual on most of these record jackets. Please see below for further details about jacket condition. Scranton factory glue lines from the trunk adhering process is minimal. 
Seams: Best part of this jacket is that both top and bottom seams are complete with only the slightest inch or so of a light beginning crack in the middle on the bottom and top. Wouldn't call these complete breaks but just wispy aging spots. There is a small paper chip rub on the top left corner These spots are minute and only mentioned for accuracy. Please see photos.  
Spine: Spine is also complete and printing is fully legible.
Back Of Jacket: The back of the jacket shows light toning some light wear/aging with a light stain in the bottom left corner and one smaller and lighter one on the right side in the middle. (Please see photos prior to bidding). 
Trunk Slick: Removed Trunk Slick is included in rough shape with wrinkling/wear and tear and few missing pieces from the peeling process. See photos.
Record/Inner Sleeve: Mono Record is included in poor/fair visual condition but plays much better than it looks with no major skips or pops.1965 Olive Capitol inner sleeve included with some wear tear and tape inside. Please note that besides the Goldenrod 1966 Orange inner sleeves, many paste over Butcher Covers were also shipped with leftover Olive inner sleeves.  
Look around for prices and quality on Mono peels out there. Many are noticeable amateur efforts with noticeable damage from unprofessional peeling. Although this jacket does show some tanning and light glue lines/residue from the Capitol factory glue application process, regardless, this presents better than 99% of all Mono peels that you see out there in this price range. This is an awesome piece of Rock and Roll history.

Shipping of such a high value, large package with significant weigh is costly and labor intensive and will likely be more that what is being charged here. Any minor imperfections are from either process. The photos speak for themselves and we do our best to accurately grade these historic artifacts.
