If you've been looking for a genuine and authentic 2nd State (unpeeled) Los Angeles Stereo Butcher Cover with decent seams then this might be for you.
These STEREO jackets are at least five times as rare as their mono counterparts but some say 10 times as rare. At any rate, mono was still the more produced designation in 1966 as far as Beatles records go. Please view the photos and compare with other unpeeled examples on the web in this price range.
Although it is sad each week to see more and more recently poorly peeled covers go up for sale, the good news is that  unpeeled jackets such as this that present well are only increasing in value as more and more get destroyed each week by amateur peel attempts.
The jacket and record are both decent as well on this example with only very minor condition issues. Please read the jacket description below for specific details on condition.

Condition: 
Front of Jacket:
Front trunk slick is clean and with no peel attempts. Slight wear, foxing, etc but nothing terrible. The photos pretty much speak for themselves.

Seams: 
Top and bottom seams are decent and mostly unspilt. (see seam photos) Top and bottom seam exhibit only a bit of balding on the very last inch of the edges. To protect the integrity what remains of the seams and avoid future damage, a record should never be attempted to be placed into this jacket. Due to the frailty of seams, we cannot warrantee these seams or seam repairs.
Spine: 
Spine is also decent and mostly complete with most writing intact and legible. Small paper chip missing on very top and bottom of seam. (See Spine photos).
Back Of Jacket:  
The back of the jacket displays some mild wear/staining and a original owners faint name in upper left hand corner but nothing too horrible. Small bit of paper tear on top right from balding spot on top seam. (See photos/closeup of back)
Record/Inner Sleeve: 
Comes complete with STEREO West Coast STEREO pressing in VG visual condition by conservative Goldmine standards (some  light scuffs/scratches on side one but nothing too deep and some light scratches as well on side 2) . Correct West Coast Goldenrod CAPITOL INNER SLEEVE with this record that displays a typical split of a 3/4 of the left side. Record will come in an archival quality anti static sleeve.
