Description

Yesterday & Today.  Original '66 second-state (covered) STEREO 'Butcher' cover in M- condition with a M- record.      This one was manufactured in Los Angeles and has a number '5' printed next to the RIAA logo.  Top and botton right corners have minor wear (see scan 3).  As you can see, the shrink wrap is still present and has minor rips and tears, but it has done its job well in protecting the cover all these years.  There are two price stickers on the shrink in the top left corner.

The record is amazingly clean, also in M- condition (and I'm being conservative), with spotless labels and no spindle marks.  This is a West Coast or Jacksonville pressing, but since the cover is a '5', I'd have to say West Coast.  For you Spizerites out there, this is CAP 2553.SR1B.

Includes the correct Capitol innersleeve, and a copy of the recall letter that Capitol sent the the reviewers asking them to 'disregard' or send the LP back for replacement.

Questions?  Want more info?  Please email.  Due to the high value of this item, I'm restricting the sale to the U.S. only.

This is one of those rare times I'm putting a fair reserve on the bidding.

US Priority Shipping will be $20 and that includes insurance.
