                       ROGER DALTREY/RINGO STARR "LISZTOMANIA"

ORIGINAL 1975 UK CINEMA POSTER.

"LISZTOMANIA" WAS A 1975 FILM BY KEN RUSSELL WHICH DEPICTED THE FLAMBOYANT FRANZ LISZT AS THE FIRST CLASSICAL POP STAR.

THE FILM WAS RELEASED THE SAME YEAR AS "TOMMY" AND STARRED ROGER DALTREY AS FRANZ LISZT AND RINGO STARR AS THE POPE.

RICK WAKEMAN COMPOSED THE SOUND TRACK FOR LISZTOMANIA.

RELEASED THROUGH WARNER BROS/COLUMBIA THIS FILM WAS THE FIRST TO USE THE SOMEWHAT NEW DOLBY STEREO SOUND REDUCTION SOUND SYSTEM.

OFFERED FOR SALE IN SUPERB CONDITION IS AN ORIGINAL UK CINEMA POSTER FOR "LISZTOMANIA"

MEASURING 39" X 30 " THE POSTER HAS RETAINED ITS BRIGHT AND VIVID COLOURING AND FEATIRES PERFECT AND UNSPOILT TEXT. THE POSTER IS VERY CLEAN AND DISPLAYS JUST VERY LIGHT CREASES AND ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY FOLDED CREASE LINES. THE POSTER HAS AT SOMETIME BEEN DISPLAYED AND THEREFORE HAS A SMALL PIN HOLE TO EACH CORNER UT THESE ARE NOT HIGHLY VISIBLE. ALSO APART FROM THE ODD VERY TINY "NICK" TO THE END OF ONE OR TWO OF THE FOLD LINES TEH POSTER IS COMPLETELY INTACT WITH NO RIPS OR TEARS.

OVERALL A FABULOUS EXAMPLE OF THIS RARE AND ORIGINAL UK CINEMA POSTER.
