There are some tiny white specs and other imperfections here and there, but has plenty of gloss and is guaranteed to play perfectly (if you don't want to frame it), or your money back, including original and return shipping.
There is no sleeve for this item, but it will be well protected for shipment to its new home.

For some reason, the ebay system is insisting that I offer UPS shipping, but trust me, this item only ships via USPS Media Mail, which is less expensive, but a couple of days slower than Priority Mail. No shipments to other countries, with no exceptions, even for our great friends in Canada.
