For Sale is this EXTREMELY RARE ALBUM: FILE UNDER: BEATLES on Gnat Records #  GN 70075-1. 

File Under:  Beatles is one of the more intriguing Beatles releases.  This album was recorded in England and released in 1980 on Gnat Records. The Album comes in a file folder type sleeve, and includes a Glossy 4¾" x 3½"  Photo of the Beatles and a 7" inch strip of 16mm film, and an invoice sheet that has the Tracklist and the song titles. 

At the time of its release many of these tracks were unavailable elsewhere and are still very rare.  Most come from the Get Back sessions in January 1969 but others span other eras.  The sound quality for most of the tracks is excellent, professionally recorded stereo, but a couple of the songs are from amateur demo cassettes and are in lesser quality (but still very good). Given the rarity of some of this material and packaging, this is a very nice release from Gnat Records!

CONDITION: The Jacket Grades EXCELLENT PLUS. It has some minor handling wear on the back. The Record Grades NEAR MINT.

RECORD GRADING SYSTEM:

Mint = As new.

Near mint = Almost like new with one or two very minor flaws.

Excellent or Very Good+ = Minor wear yet looks attractive and is perfectly usable.

Very Good = Some wear and tear but overall presentable and usable.

Good = Apparent wear and tear but with obvious deterioration of the condition.

Poor = Extremely worn.

A plus (+) or minus (-) after the grading indicates that the condition is marginally higher or lower than the stated grade.
