Description
Beatles Mono Peeled Butcher Cover w/Removed Trunk Slick and Mono Record
Here's a great example of a 3rd state (peeled) cover that is as good as any peel that you will find at any price.
It is getting pretty hard these days to find a genuine peeled Butcher Cover that has the removed trunk slick in one piece and the record. This is one with a few condition considerations on the jacket condition that don't take away from the look of the piece as a whole. Compare this to what's out there in the same price range and you will see that this is superior to nearly all peels in this price range.
No major touch ups, rips, tears or other damage to the Butcher Cover. Please examine the photos before bidding.
Top seam has been repaired on this and there is about five inches inches of seam splits on top left hand side that extends to the white top border on that side. This has been neatly and professionally mended. Bottom seam is complete with a tiny rub near the end. Spine is not great with (see spine photo) some noticeable cracking throughout and paper missing. All seam issues have been neatly rectified to prevent spreading. Due to this, a record should never be attempted to be placed inside this jacket. Back of the jacket has light wear/tanning and a rub mark on top left hand side but nothing out of the ordinary.
Mono record in VG condition and olive inner sleeve is included as well as the removed trunk slick which is nice and would look great framed with a rub /tear mark in the lower left hand corner but nothing that takes too much away from the nice presentation of the trunk slick.
Buyer pays $19.99 for double boxed priority shipping with tracking. Payment is due within one day of auction close.
Please note that T-shirt seen in background is not included in this auction. This jacket is being sold as is and is not returnable. Please contact with questions.
Happy Bidding !
