Description
Up for auction is an Emidisc acetate labelled Interlude (Mystery Tour) by The George Martin Orchestra. The acetate has a date of 6-9-67. The recording doesn’t sound like a piece of music from Magical Mystery Tour to me, so I suspect this acetate probably has no Beatles involvement, though may possibly have a George Martin connection. It's an interesting curio, but buyer beware!
Condition: some light marks, a few a little deeper, though nothing to severely affect play. I heard no jumps or sticks, though there are inevitably a few clicks & pops. VG.
I use a 10-point grading scale: M-, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, G+, G, G-, F, P. I never use the grade mint for used records. I don’t use stock photos: the item pictured here is the item for sale. I grade carefully & pack securely, but if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence! Any questions? Need any more photos? I'm only an email away.
Tracked shipping: £2.72 (UK), £11 (Europe), £14 (ROW). Check my other auctions; combine orders & save on shipping!
Update: for clarification, I purchased this acetate around thirty years ago at a Beatles convention in London. Beyond that, I make no claims as to its "authenticity".
