THE BEATLES: Hello, Goodbye / I Am The Walrus (´67 / orig. German issue / ODEON O 23660 / green label / very rare p/s variation: this p/s, the so-called "stool" p/s is much rarer than the "common" p/s, the "airplane" cover and also somewhat rarer than the other rare p/s variation, the "cab" p/s - it´s almost the same as in case of the "cab" p/s variation, that it´s just not easy to explain, why this cover design has been used again, because the photo motif was already rather "dated" in 1967, when "Hello, Goodbye" came out, especially as the same design had already been used on several previous Beatles´ picture sleeves since 1965, so in 1967 this "old" p/s must have been looked a bit "old-fashioned" or even "boring" to potential customers!... (the reasons for the two picture sleeve variations with old group photos are still quite mysterious, and that´s the reason, why this p/s and the 2nd p/s variation did only sell in rather low quantities and are so hard to get now) / on this p/s "Goodbye" has been written as one word only (on the other two picture sleeve variations it´s been spelt as two separate words, "Good Bye"!)

DESCRIPTION:
4 cm seam split on the right side / there´s a very slight slight discolouration on the left side in the upper part of the front p/s (just above John Lennon´s head) / the corners and the top of the p/s are slightly bent / light ringwear / the vinyl has some hairlines, but there are no serious scratches / the labels are cleanWHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
