I’m not a Beatles expert so here’s the details:
* Original UK album issued in 1965 with laminated sleeve
* On Black & Yellow PARLOPHONE PMC 1255 MONO
* Side One Matrix number XEX 549-2 (First issue numbers)
* Side Two Matrix number XEX 550-2 (First issue numbers)
* Stampers ID: Side one: 6 GRM / Side two: 5 GAR
* Rim print: “THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD…….. “ on the label
* “Sold in UK Subject to”…..print on the label
* KT Tax Code on label, side two
* ‘Flipback’ sleeve printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd
* Outline “mono” on sleeve
* With EMI ‘Emitex’ inner sleeve
The record is in very good condition, nearer excellent. NO bad scratches or nasty marks. Very feint hair-lines seen under strong light. No writing or stickers on the labels. Cleaned on my vinyl machine plays very well with little or no background.
The sleeve is very good. Front is very white & clean. Few edge creases and to lh corner. Back has the usual light handling marks. NO rips, splits, cut-outs, stickers or writing.
