This is the U.S. Capitol 45 rpm single by

The Beatles

with

"I Want To Hold Your Hand"

b/w

"I Saw Her Standing There"

(Capitol Records 5112) (1963) 

It comes with the original picture sleeve.

This is a first pressing as shown by "Walter Hofer" publishing credit on the "I Saw Her Standing There" side of the disk and the lack of periods in the abbreviations REG U S PAT OFF in the Capitol logo on the sleeve.

The record is in great condition with no marks or scratches. It still retains the original lustre and there is no writing on the labels. The picture sleeve is also in excellent condition. There are no splits, writing, bends, stickers or tears. It is still reasonably flat with light crinkling and just a tiny tear over the A in Beatles on the "I Saw Her.." side. There is no writing on the sleeve either. 

It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 27 Typhoon record cleaning machine.
