THE BEATLES - DIZZY MISS LIZZY / THE NIGHT BEFORE
THIS INDIAN PARLOPHONE 78 (DPE 183) WAS PRESSED IN 1965, ACCORDING TO THE NICE CLEAN LABELS AND IS IN VG+ CONDITION
THE 'A' SIDE IS A ROCK'N'ROLL CLASSIC ORIGINALLY BY LARRY WILLIAMS. I DO NOT BELIEVE IT WAS ISSUED AS A SINGLE IN THE UK. 'B' SIDE IS BY LENNON AND McCARTNEY
THIS IS ONE OF SEVERAL UK and US 78s I AM LISTING + SOME ISSUED IN INDIA IN THE 1960s, LONG AFTER 78s WERE DISCONTINUED IN THE US AND EUROPE, OVERTAKEN BY 45s. THESE RARE 78s INCLUDE A BEATLES AND A COUPLE OF CLIFF RICHARDS

THERE ARE ALSO TWO LOTS/COLLECTIONS AT THE END OF THE LISTING OF 40 + BRITISH ROCK AND POP FROM THE 1950s
PACKING: I pack really well. I 'sandwich' the record/s between two thick pieces of cardboard, surround it with packing - scrunched up newspaper and/or bubble-wrap/polystyrene chips - and put it/them in a stout cardboard box. I have been sending records all over the world to regular collectors and dealers for many years. I have never had a breakage.
POSTAGE: I am happy to combine records to cut down the cost of postage. (I can safely mail up to six seven 78s for the 'cheaper' small packet postage rate to Europe and the US. Anything above the 2 kilos rate costs about twice as much)
UK STANDARD POSTAGE IS £4 FOR THE FIRST 78, THEN £1 FOR EACH EXTRA
CONTINENTAL EUROPE £ 7 FOR FIRST + £1.50 EACH EXTRA U.S. £ 12 + £2 EXTRAS
CONDITION / GRADING : M = Mint, New. + and - give clearer gradings.
Ex = Excellent - played but few marks & sound great.
VG = Very good, played many times, with scuff/wear & little surface noise
Where there are two conditions given, for example, Ex/VG, it means that the first side is in Excellent condition and the second VG.
Please note that I grade by sound. 78s can look quite beat but still play Ex-
Labels are clean unless stated otherwise or as in photos.
