Description
On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "If I Fell" by The Beatles and is a UK 1964 EXPORT 1st pressing on the 1st Press Parlophone label!!!! The B side is called 'Tell Me Why'. THIS SINGLE IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AND RARER STILL AS A UK EXPORT 1ST PRESSING!!!! INTERESTINGLY THERE IS A DATE STAMP ON THE COMPANY SLEEVE SAYING '21 SEP 1965' - SO IT IS LIKELY THIS SINGLE WAS EXPORTED AROUND A YEAR AFTER RELEASE - ALTHOUGH IT HAS 1ST PRESS MATRIXES, AND LABELS OF COURSE - AND SO IT WAS PROBABLY PRESSED WELL BEFORE IT WAS EXPORTED. THIS IS THE 1964 UK EXPORT 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS EXPORT PARLOPHONE LABEL, 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' TEXT, NO 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT, AND ORIGINAL PARLOPHONE COMPANY SLEEVE!!!! THIS SINGLE IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL 1964 UK EXPORT 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Parlophone label and the Cat No is DP 562.
The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with NO writing, and afew spindle marks. The record isnt perfect - but it plays fine, and is of course MEGA RARE as a UK EXPORT 1st Pressing!!!! Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO nasty deep scratches, though it does have quite a few hairlines, a few light scufflines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! The record also has a slight 'sheen' only visible under extreme light - though I am not sure what has caused this. The record plays with a few clicks/pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss, and only some slight crackle in places. The single must grade Fair+ if not better - though it is VERY important to remember that this single is MASSIVELY rare as a UK Export (and plays with NO jumps) and is a GREAT chance to own this VERY single at a cheaper price than a Mint copy!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in an ORIGINAL Parlophone Company sleeve!!!! THIS SINGLE IS VERY HARD TO LOCATE, SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a great looking record and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE single!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1964 UK EXPORT 1ST PRESSING OF "IF I FELL" BY THE BEATLES!!!! Dont forget to have a look at all my other items including many other TOP singles and LPs, and contact me with any queries you may have. P&P is £1.50 in the UK, Europe £2, Rest Of The World £3.
