Description
Vinyl and Label: Stereo, PCS 7096, (YEX.774), P1970 listed on label. Side One Matrix: YEX773-2U. Side Two Matrix: YEX774-2U. Labels absolutely crisp and clean, no spindle marks, vinyl is beautiful, shiny, black and clean. It is as near to MINT as you could possibly get, but for grading purposes I will state NEAR MINT.
LP Sleeve: Totally clean, free from any writing or stickers. Absolutely crisp all round: Front, back, top, bottom and spine. Solid Red Apple Logo. Must grade at EX+/NM.
Inner: I have no reason to believe that this is not the original inner sleeve. It has some very light marks, is in one piece and has Patent No 1.125.555. and Made in England.
Get Back Book: Stunning!!! Absolutely crisp and clean. No loose pages, no writing, no stickers. Jet black. Only two very small things to mention: One Light lam crease on front cover top right and slight separation from spine when opening book and looking at first page. Graded at NEAR MINT.
Inside Tray & Inner: Inner with the flaps is in one piece, clean and free from any writing or stickers, but as with this design, the flaps that are on view when it is placed inside the outer cover and tucked in have wear and creases. The tray that houses the book is in one piece, clean and free from writing or stickers, but does have one bit of damage in one of the corners where the top has come away from the side, but it still sits nicely together just showing a natural cardboard crease. Of course both items have some wear, consistent with its design, so if they have to have a grade, I suppose it would have to be VG+. Pics give an honest indication.
Outer Box: Clean and free from writing or stickers, except one, which I have made no attempt to remove as it adds to the interest. It is a very small sticker on the top left which states: Electrico Ltd and the price is 59/11. The outer box has some wear and one small tear on the left edge about 15mm long. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with a grade of VG/VG+. With some careful cleaning and TLC this outer box would be more than presentable.
