EXCELLENT CONDITION LET IT BE UK PXS1 FIRST PRESS ALBUM BOX SET WITH BOOK
My father bought this brand new in 1970 and it has spent much of its life in storage and therefore is in excellent condition. Unfortunately the original inner trays have gone missing over time but apart from this the set is complete and in fantastic condition.
OUTER SLIP CASE
The outer slip case is in excellent condition with no discolouration or rips. There is some very slight wear to the edges in places as you would expect from an item of this age.
INNER CASING
As I said above unfortunately the inner cases are missing, however reproductions are easy to come by on e-bay.
RECORD AND SLEEVES
The record itself is in as new condition having been rarely played. There are no visible imperfections to the disc and the playback is faultless. The record has the numbers: SIDE 1 YEX 773-2U SIDE 2 YEX 774-2U.
The record outer sleeve with the red apple logo and is in very good condition with only some slight creasing at the top on the back, however the laminate is not cracked. There are no rips or tears or discolouration.
The original inner sleeve with patent no. 1,125,555 is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or discolouration. There are some slight creases through use.
BOOK
The book is in original and complete condition and doesn't look like it has been read much. The spine is in excellent condition and there are no rips, tears or discolouration to the covers or internal pages. A few pages are showing signs of coming loose from the spine however all are still attached.
I have tried to be as honest as possible in my description however if you have any specific questions to ask please e-mail me and I can e-mail more detailed photos if required. It's just unfortunate that the original inner cases are missing as otherwise this would be in absolutely mint condition.
