7.5 (7 1/2) IPS reel-to-reel on Ampex tape
catalog #: Capitol L2835 (L 2835)
The box is in almost flawless condition with no shelf wear. Small kink in the tape at the starting lead, but otherwise in clean condition. Has been in storage for years. This album recorded at 7 1/2 ips for ideal clarity.
From the back of the box: AMPEX - Mastered and quality audited by Ampex. Duplicated by Ampex in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, U.S.A. on Ampex professional recorders, using Ampex tape. Automatic recording signals permit complete tape play from beginning to end, without reel turnover, when used on tape recorders equipped with Ampex-style reversing circuitry.
