THE BEATLES - Meet The Beatles LP - 1964 Original - 2nd Variation - Capitol T 2047 - Scranton, PA - Hard To Find!
Color band label, Blue inner sleeve, Only one song on label has BMI credits: "I Want To Hold Your Hand".
Record Grading: VG
Minor skip on "I Want To Hold Your Hand". Great clean, clear, deep sound. Very few random skips and pops. Mark on "Don't Bother Me". Very faint noise in some of the quiet passages. Not a bad copy at all for being 51 years old!
Sleeve Grading: EX+
Some edge wear, Very nice front cover with just a little age wear. Back cover is the same.
Matrix Numbers:
T1-2047-F3 & T2-2047-G4
Second Variation:
After the performing rights information arrived, they were duly added to the labels, but there was a mistake in them so that this particular variation is short lived. These copies only had the first track of side 1 listed as BMI whilst the rest were all credited to ASCAP. They are quite hard to find!
All Records Are Professionally Cleaned Before Sale. Brand New Vinyl Inners And Outers Are Included If Needed.
