Description
Offered is a RARE Apple company sleeve with NO hole cut out to show the record label. Some collectors and dealers have speculated that these were special promotional sleeves. But according to a former employee at Queens Litho, "If a sleeve left Queens without a hole in it, it was a mistake". Here is a NEAR MINT example of one. I have had and seen a few of these over the years, but they all have been pretty well beat up. This one has NO tears, splits or writing present. A very light record impression can be seen. The white areas have taken on a light patina but that is common for this type of sleeve. See the pics and Bruce Spizer's Apple book for more information regarding this RARE sleeve. Please feel free to email me with more questions. I have been collecting Beatles records for over 25 years and have plenty of duplicates. I will be listing more Beatles and Solo 45's and sleeves this week. So keep an eye out on some really nice stuff. Bid with confidence as all my items are guarenteed! There's no reserve, so have fun!
