Description
This is an exceptional example of the mail-order only advance box set final album, in its original pressing with the 'red Apple' Garrod & Lofthouse rear sleeve and white inner sleeve, and dark Apple label. The record, Stereo PC7096, has clean and shiny vinyl with two surface scratches that do not affect play. The run-out codes are: Side 1: YEX 773-2U, 3(left), GA(right) Side 2: YEX 774-2U, 3(left), RR(right) The playing condition is EX, I have played it through and it is clean and near-flawless with hardly any clicks and no skips. The all-laminated sleeve is in EX near-unmarked, beautifully shiny condition with very little ring wear or creasing and just one tiny nick on the rear opening. The har-to-find book has all its pages and is in EX condition, with just a tiny corner crease bottom left of the cover. it has a plain rear cover. The outer sleeve is complete but a bit flattened and, as is common, this has cause the lamination to bubble on the bottom rear. (The inner tray/cardboard is missing, so it has not had its contents inside it to maintain its shape perfectly). 37 years after its release, it is hard to find this original version of the record, especially with such a clean book.
