Description

Today we auction a record we found in a large box with other records (mostly Beatles, Jethro Tull, Cream) that will be auctioned in the next few weeks. We decided to start with this one because we are not sure of what it is...therefore we will try to describe it as thoroughly as we can.

The record is a 12" housed in a white sleeve...sorry no picture sleeve.

Side 1 says The Beatles - Penny Lane - Hello Goodbye - UK 1967

Side 2 says The Beatles - All You Need Is Love - Strawberry Fields Forever - UK 1967

Labels are white and green with the writing Apple Corps Ltd. 3 Savile Row London W1 - Custom Recording. Both labels have some browning (maybe some aging of the labels) and a light pencil writing (#45691) that we think can easily be removed with a rubber.

There are no matrix numbers.

The vinyl is heavier than usual. Maybe is also a little thicker than normal. It is a 33rpm and plays fine. No crackle or pops.
