Disc is VG+ with nice gloss and minimal signs of play. Jacket in great condition, but has paper split on top seam (about 0.75 inches) -- does not appear to be a fully split through jacket.
We acquired this from a Beatles collector who purchased it from "BETTER RECORDS" and it comes with their Hot Stamper LP grading card. For side 1 it says "A++" and side 2 also shows "A++".
